Gui-lin Yang,Liu-mei Xu,Hong-yan Yao,Huo-sheng Wang,Xiao-lin Jiang,Wei Li,Min Wang,Boping Zhou +7 more
TL;DR: The results indicated that the serum TGF beta was increased in CHB and AsC patients compared to control patients, and that serum T GF beta was correlated with the expression of Foxp3-mRNA and the frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in patients with CHB or AsC.

[High throughput detection of drug-resistance gene mutations in HBV using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry].
Boping Zhou,Hong-mei Zhang,Xiaohe Li,Jing Yuan,Wei Li,Liu-mei Xu,Huo-sheng Wang,Xinchun Chen,Chunming Ding +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a high-throughput clinical method on drag-resistance gene mutations of HBV using MALDI-TOF-MS was developed and applied on the high throughput dectection of clinical serum samples.
