Understanding the key antecedents of users’ continuance intention in the context of smart factory

Knowledge management (KM), a process of acquiring, converting, applying, and protecting knowledge assets, is crucial for value creation. The purpose of this research is to empirically test the relationship between KM processes (knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, and knowledge protection), entrepreneurial orientation (EO), and firm performance. Data were collected from 159 small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia using a cross-sectional survey. This research uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and WarpPLS version 7.0 to test the model. The results show that three of four KM dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge protection are positively related to performance. Moreover, EO has been found to moderate the relationship between knowledge application and performance positively.

Digital Marketing Communication Strategies: The Case of Indonesian News‘ Portals

This study examines the relationship between the processes of Knowledge Management (KM) and educational organization outcome in respect to academic performance. The study is based on a survey design and cross-sectional.The survey was conducted on 41 quality improvementadoption
colleges in Iraqi higher-education institutions (HEIs).The study hypotheses were tested through correlation and regression analyses. The results supported the main hypotheses for the study, suggesting that Iraqi HEIs can benefit from KM processes. Pearson's correlation pointed out that all processes of KM have significant correlations with academic performance measures.Regression analysis showed significantly positive relationships. In addition, statistical analysis also indicated that the KM processes should be implemented collectively rather than
separately.In conclusion, this study provided insight and further understanding of the effect of
KM processes on academic performance, and therefore, allows decision-makers to get in-depth
knowledge about the impact of KM processes in Iraqi HEIs context.

Knowledge management processes and academicperformance in Iraqi HEIs: An empiricalinvestigation

Purpose: This research focuses on microeconomics and Tawhid String Relation (TSR) in relation to Islamic law (Shariah) as it is used in everyday problem solving. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses the content analysis method through a documentation study. Findings: The results indicate that financial resources are not the only productive assets of individuals but what they are needed for the development of other factors within the Islamic concept. Practical Implications: The study can contribute to promoting Islamic assets—e.g. micro-financing, Islamic Bank, Waqf, and Accounting zakat—which emphasize social justice. Regarding future research, the present findings need to be tested in the field. Originality/Value: The study contributes to compiles prior research and contributes new interpretations to Indonesian researchers, especially concerning ethical, moral, social and religious factors that promote Islamic assets (e.g. the use of microfinance to emphasize social justice in accordance with Shariah).

The study investigates the determinants of mobile Internet banking adoption among Gen-Y in Malaysia. Align the issue of the study and research objectives, and the study underpinned Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main guideline or a blueprint to analyze the research model. The study applied survey research design and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) under the PLS-SEM technique with SmartPLS 2.0. A total of 358 mobile internet banking users in Malaysia were random proportional selected as respondents and analyzed. Results from the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) revealed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, facilitating condition, and personal innovativeness in IT have significantly influenced the attitude of mobile internet banking adoption in Malaysia. Additionally, perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions found to have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness of Mobile Internet Banking. Lastly, facilitating conditions and personal innovativeness in IT are significantly influence the perceived ease of use of mobile internet banking among Gen-Y in Malaysia

The area that received widespread attention previously has unlikely become an old-fashioned term which perceived as less important among few organizational researchers. Looking to the trend, the researcher takes an evaluative step to examine whether Knowledge Management is still relevant for organizations nowadays by studying the impact of knowledge management on organizational business performance. The study was conducted in 2016 and it was involved companies in electrical and electronic sector located in Malaysia. In this study, knowledge management was formed from three elements including knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. A total of 287 questionnaires were collected from electrical and electronic companies in Malaysia. The finding shows that among all those three knowledge management elements, only knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization were still relevant to organizational business performance in Malaysia nowadays, whereas knowledge sharing was perceived to be less important. The findings of this study provide insight into the importance of knowledge management in organizational business performance. © 2020 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada

The study investigated the determinants of m-banking adoption among generation Y (Gen-Y) in Malaysia. The study underpinned the technology acceptance model as the main guideline or a blueprint for analyzing the research model. The study applied a survey research design and investigated structural equation modeling (SEM) under the partial least-square SEM (PLS-SEM) technique using SmartPLS 2.0. A total 358 m-banking users in Malaysia were exerted as respondents who were randomly selected and then investigated. The results of the analysis conducted with PLS-SEM reveal the existence of usage convenience, facilitating conditions, and personal innovation in information technology that has been remarkably influenced by the outlooks that have adopted m-banking in the country of Malaysia. In addition, the usage convenience that has been felt and facilitated by the conditions found can affect the appraised practicality of m-banking remarkably. Finally, the usage convenience of m-banking that is felt among Gen-Y in Malaysia is influenced by the remarkable activation of personal conditions and innovations exerted in information technology.
