Expression of Mus81 gene in Chinese Han patients with colorectal cancer and its clinical significance
TL;DR: Down-regulation of Mus81 in colorectal cancer is correlated with tumor metastasis and progression, suggesting the value of Mus 81 as a potential marker for coloreCTal cancer in Chinese Han patients.

Comprehensive analysis of FKBP4/NR3C1/TMEM173 signaling pathway in triple-negative breast cancer cell and dendritic cell among tumor microenvironment
Hanchu Xiong,Zihan Chen,Baihua Lin,Wei-Jia Chen,Qiang Li,Yucheng Li,Min Fang,Ying Wang,Haibo Zhang,Yanwei Lu,Aihong Bi,Shuqiang Wu,Yongshi Jia +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors found that the FKBP4/NR3C1/TMEM173 signaling pathway could regulate autophagy and proliferation of BC cells as well as dendritic cell abundance through exosome release.

Egfl8 gene overexpression lentivirus and construction method and application thereof
Wu Fan,Wang Bailin,Wei-Jia Chen +2 more
- 04 May 2016
TL;DR: In this article, an Egfl8 gene overexpression lentivirus is constructed for the first time and can efficiently and conveniently infect hepatoma cells, obviously improve expression of egfl8 genes in the liver cells and effectively lower the invasive moving ability of the hepatoma cell, thereby providing quite effective inhibitor genes for treatment of the liver cancer.

Mus81 knockdown improves chemosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by inducing S-phase arrest and promoting apoptosis through CHK1 pathway.
Fan Wu,Wei-Jia Chen,Lun Yan,Guo-Qian Tan,Wei‐Tao Li,Xuan‐Jin Zhu,Xiao‐Chuan Ge,Jian-Wei Liu,Bai-Lin Wang +8 more
TL;DR: Mus81 knockdown improves the chemosensitivity of HCC cells by inducing S‐phase arrest and promoting apoptosis through CHK1 pathway, suggesting Mus81 as a novel therapeutic target for HCC.
