Computed tomography-guided percutaneous cutting needle biopsy for small (≤ 20 mm) lung nodules.
TL;DR: This study demonstrates that CT-guided PCNB can provide a high diagnostic accuracy for small lung nodule with acceptable complications.

Uptake of lung cancer screening with low-dose computed tomography in China: A multi-centre population-based study
Wei Cao,Fengwei Tan,Kuangyu Liu,Zheng Wu,Fei Wang,Yiwen Yu,Yi Wen,Chao Qin,Yongjie Xu,Liang Zhao,Wei Tang,Jing Li,Xuesi Dong,Yadi Zheng,Zhuoyu Yang,Kai Su,Fang Li,Jufang Shi,Jiansong Ren,Yunyong Liu,Lianzheng Yu,Donghua Wei,Dong-Xia Dong,Ji Cao,Shaokai Zhang,Shipeng Yan,Ning Wang,Lingbin Du,Wanqing Chen,Ni Li,Jie He +30 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors used a logistic regression model to identify individual characteristics associated with the uptake of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) scans, defined as whether the high-risk individual undertook LDCT scans in designated hospitals within six months following the initial risk assessment.

Comparison of the effectiveness of anchoring needles and coils in localizing multiple nodules in the lung
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the efficacy and safety of a new type of localization needles compared with coils for the simultaneous localization of multiple pulmonary nodules guided by computed tomography (CT) prior to video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS).
A strategy to reduce the false‐positive rate after low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening: A multicenter prospective cohort study
Zheng Wu,Fengwei Tan,Yaozeng Xie,Wei Tang,Fei Wang,Yongjie Xu,Wei Cao,Chao Qin,Xuesi Dong,Yadi Zheng,Z. Luo,Chenran Wang,Liang Zhao,Changfa Xia,Jing Li,Renda Li,Feiyue Feng,Jibin Li,Jiansong Ren,Jufang Shi,Hong Cui,Sipeng Shen,Ning Wu,Wanqing Chen,Ni Li,Jie He +25 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the ability of lung cancer screening to manage pulmonary nodules was limited because of the high false positive rate in the current mainstream screening method, low-dose computed tomography (LDCT).

Comparison between computed tomography-guided core and fine needle lung biopsy
TL;DR: CT-guided CNB could achieve better sample adequacy than FNAB did during the lung biopsy procedure, however, the CNB did not show any superiorities in items of diagnostic accuracy and safety.
