The high-performance hydrogenated nitrile rubber material provided by the invention is prepared from hydrogenated nitrile rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber emulsion as main raw materials, wherein the weight ratio of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber to the hydrogenated nitrile rubber emulsion is (6-30):(1-10), preferably (10-15):(4-7). The preparation method of the high-performance hydrogenated nitrile rubber material comprises the following step: performing wet-method mixing or dry-method mixing on a hydrogenated nitrile rubber emulsion, a hydrogenated nitrile rubber emulsion, an anti-aging agent 4010A, zinc oxide, stearic acid, carbon black N220 and DCP (dicumyl peroxide) so as to obtain mixed rubber. The high-performance hydrogenated nitrile rubber material provided by the invention adopts hydrogenated nitrile rubber which is prepared by using a solution hydrogenation method and hydrogenated nitrile rubber which is prepared by using an emulsion hydrogenation method as raw materials, not only is the performance of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber improved, but also the use cost of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber can be lowered.

The invention relates to a method for recycling rhodium (Rh) from glue solution of polyamidoamine (PAMAN) dendrimer packaged Rh nanoparticle catalytic NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) hydrogenation. The method comprises the following steps of: adding excessive salt substances as an ion strength regulating agent in a glue solution system after the PAMAN dendrimer packaged Rh nanoparticle catalytic NBR hydrogenation; dissolving mercaptan to a benzene type solvent and adding to the glue solution system; and oscillating for 3-5 minutes. Mercaptan is added with a mol ratio of mercapton to Rh of 1-200, and an ion strength regulating agent is added with a mol ratio of the ion strength regulating agent to Rh of 25-100. By the method, PAMAN dendrimer and Rh are recycled through a mercaptan extraction method, so that the PAMAN dendrimer, Rh nanoparticles and hydrogenised NBR of which the structures are not changed can be obtained; and the method has the advantages of hydrogenation in homogeneous phase and easiness in separation during the PAMAN dendrimer packaged Rh nanoparticle catalytic NBR hydrogenation.
