TL;DR: A single-cell atlas of the adult fly, Tabula Drosophilae, that includes 580,000 nuclei from 15 individually dissected sexed tissues as well as the entire head and body, annotated to >250 distinct cell types is presented, providing an in-depth analysis of cell type–related gene signatures and transcription factor markers, as as sexual dimorphism, across the whole animal.
DaXi—high-resolution, large imaging volume and multi-view single-objective light-sheet microscopy
Bin Yang,Merlin Lange,Alfred Millett-Sikking,Xiangye Zhao,Jordão Bragantini,Shruthi VijayKumar,Mason Kamb,R. Gómez-Sjöberg,Ahmet Can Solak,Wanpeng Wang,Hirofumi Kobayashi,Matthew N. McCarroll,Lachlan Whitehead,Reto Fiolka,Thomas B. Kornberg,Andrew York,Loic Royer +16 more
TL;DR: DaXi as discussed by the authors is a single-objective light-sheet microscopy design based on oblique plane illumination that achieves a wider field of view and high-resolution imaging via a custom remote focusing objective.
High-Resolution, Large Imaging Volume, and Multi-View Single Objective Light-Sheet Microscopy

TL;DR: In this article, a single objective light-sheet microscope based on oblique plane illumination was proposed for high-resolution imaging via a custom remote focusing objective, which achieved a resolution of 450 nm laterally and 2 μm axially and a field of view of 3000 mm × 800 mm × 300 mm.
Elimination of nurse cell nuclei that shuttle into oocytes during oogenesis.
TL;DR: This paper showed that at stage 10B, two specific nurse cells fuse with the oocyte and extrude their nuclei through a channel that opens in the anterior face of oocyte.

Comparison of prognostic value between CAD-RADS 1.0 and CAD-RADS 2.0 evaluated by convolutional neural networks based CCTA
Zengfa Huang,Yang Yang,Zheng Wang,Yunting Hu,Beibei Cao,Mei Li,Xinyu Du,Xi Wang,Zuoqin Li,Wanpeng Wang,Yi Ding,Jianwei Xiao,Xianglin Wang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the prognostic value of the novel coronary artery disease reporting and data system (CAD-RADS) 2.0 compared with CADRADS 1.0 in patients with suspectedcoronary artery disease evaluated by CNN-based coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA).
