The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, treating natural chitosan by utilizing a high-concentration sodium hydroxide urea water solution to obtain a chitosan gel solution; after carrying out softening treatment on cellulose by utilizing a natural eutectic reagent, preparing nanocellulose by utilizing an emulsifying shearing technology; then carrying out silanization treatment on the nanocellulose to improve the hydrophobic property; finally, uniformly mixing the chitosan, hydrophobic nano-fibers, a natural antioxidant, a natural antibacterial agent, an auxiliary agent and the like to obtain the hydrophobic cellulose chitosan nano-fiber spinning solution with the antibacterial function. The hydrophobic cellulose chitosan nano-fiber spinning solution prepared by the preparation method can be used for preparing waterproof andantibacterial protection layers of various fiber textiles and leather.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing the cellulose in a certain quantity of LiOH/urea/aqueous solution, and rapidly and uniformly stirring at the temperature from 10 DEG C below zero to 30 DEG C below zero to enable the cellulose to be fully swelled; and then adding a certain quantity of a precooled KOH solution to obtain a final solvent system with 2-6wt% of LiOH, 5-10wt% of KOH and 10-16wt% of a urea aqueous solution, adding 0.5-4wt% of chitosan finally, uniformly stirring, and carrying out a freezing and thawing method at the temperature from 20 DEG C below zero to 40 DEG C below zero to obtain a transparent cellulose/chitosan solution. The preparation method is simple and convenient in process, is economic, non-toxic and pollution-free, is used for preparing the polysaccharide solution with mutual solution in molecular level and has an obvious application prospect.

Beneficial effects are that: the pH value of the dissolving method provided by the invention is 6-8, so that the degradation of a chitosan molecular chain can be effectively weakened; the dissolving process of the chitosan is efficient, energy-saving, and environment-friendly, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; and the prepared chitosan membrane does not have strong-acidity and strong-alkalinity substance residues, and the mechanical property of the chitosan membrane is good.
