The invention discloses a sensor and a data acquisition system. The sensor comprises an OEID tag and at least a sensor probe communicatively connected to the OEID tag, wherein the sensor probe is used for monitoring external environment parameters, and the OEID tag is used for storing the monitored external environment parameters and externally transmitting. According to the present invention, the OEID tag and the traditional sensor (sensor probe) are integrated into the novel sensor device., wherein the OEID tag itself has functions of optical wireless communication, optical wireless charging and data storage, such that the novel sensor device formed from the traditional sensor and the OEID tag has advantages of no electromagnetic interference to the external environment, no requirement of power supply inside the device, no requirement of power supply line or optical fiber connection on the external line, and external-electromagnetic-interference-free accurate sensing signal receiving, and the size of the novel sensing device is small, and the engineering difficulty and the cost are reduced.
