The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon nanotube/silica/carbon composite cathode material and belongs to the field of electrochemical power sources. The composite cathode material is composed of a carbon nanotube, silica and amorphous carbon. The preparation method: respectively dissolving hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and lithium hydroxide in an alcohol solution; placing the carbon nanotube in the alcohol solution, dissolving silica with tetraethoxysilane as a raw material in the alcohol solution, and stirring, filtering and drying to obtain carbon nanotube/silica; using sucrose as a carbon source, mixing carbon nanotube/silica with sucrose, dissolving in deionized water, removing water through stirring and drying, sintering for certain time at high temperature under protection of inert gas, and cooling to obtain carbon nanotube/silica/carbon. The composite cathode material has high specific capacity and excellent circulating stability. The preparation method is simple, moderate in preparation condition and low in cost.

The invention provides a preparation method of a silicon dioxide composite material for a negative electrode of a lithium-ion battery. The method comprises three processes, namely preparation of a [carbon nanotube/silicon dioxide] composite material, preparation of a silicon dioxide precursor and preparation of the silicon dioxide composite material. Ethyl alcohol, distilled water, ammonium hydroxide, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, acid-treated carbon nanotube, ethyl orthosilicate, deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol are utilized in the preparation process of the [carbon nanotube/silicon dioxide] composite material. The carbon nanotube in the prepared silicon dioxide composite material has relatively high conductivity, large specific surface area and relatively large expansion coefficient as an inner core; the expansion effect of the silicon dioxide in the charging and discharging process of the lithium-ion battery can be reduced; the structure stability of the silicon dioxide composite material is improved; and the cycle performance of the silicon dioxide composite material is finally improved.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing porous structure carbon spheres and tetraethoxysilane into a mixed solution of ethyl alcohol and deionized water in a certain proportion, adding ammonia water, reacting for several hours, centrifugally collecting a product, and carrying out vacuum drying after repeated washing to obtain a product C-SiO2; uniformly mixing the product C-SiO2 with magnesium powderin an appropriate mass proportion, transferring the mixture into a closed reactor and putting the closed reactor into a tubular furnace, controlling at a certain temperature rise rate, preserving thetemperature for a period of time, collecting the product after cooling, and carrying out vacuum drying after washing the product with certain concentrations of diluted hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in sequence to obtain the spongy C-SiC composite material. As an example but not restricted, through the scheme provided by the invention, the preparation method has the beneficial effects that the technology is simple, mild in preparation condition, convenient in product treatment, stable in product shape and high in purity, and is applicable for medium-scale industrial production.

The present invention provides a method for detecting the silicon and carbon content in a nano-silicon carbon composite material, which is applicable to the measurement of materials with the silicon or carbon content within the range of 10%-90%. The method comprises: measuring the diffraction spectrum of the nano-silicon carbon composite material through a quantitative analysis mode by using an X-ray diffractometer; calculating the integrated intensity of the carbon (002) and silicon (111) diffraction peaks by using analysis software; and calculating the silicon and carbon relative content byusing the integrated intensity. The method for detecting the silicon and carbon content in a nano-silicon carbon composite material provided by the present invention has good stability, repeatabilityand consistency for test results of the silicon and carbon relative content in the nano-silicon carbon composite material; the comprehensive deviation of the diffraction intensity reproducibility ofa single sample is less than 0.385%; and test results of different silicon and carbon content samples show that there is a linear relationship between the silicon and carbon relative content and the integral area of the diffraction peaks, and the linear correlation coefficient can reach 0.998.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a carbon nanometer pipe and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide to de-ionized water, performing sonic oscillation, adding ethanol and ammonia, and further performing sonic oscillation to obtain an alkaline dispersion of a carbon nanometer pipe; dropwise adding an ethanol solution of ethyl orthosilicate into the alkaline dispersion of the carbon nanometer pipe, and reacting at 30-60 DEG C to generate sedimentation; separating and washing the sedimentation by de-ionized water; placing in a reacting furnace, and sintering under inert atmosphere at 550-600 DEG C; mixing the product and zinc powder, placing in the reacting furnace, and sintering under inert atmosphere at 650-700 DEG C to obtain a sintering product; placing the sintering product in an acid solution, stirring for reacting at 30-60 DEG C, and separating and drying a solid phase product; and uniformly mixing the solid phase product with a carbon source and a disperse solvent, drying the mixture for concentration, placing the concentrated mixture in the reacting furnace, and sintering under inert atmosphere at 600-800 DEG C to obtain the CNTs/Si/C composite material.

The present invention relates to a preparation method for a negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery. The method comprises: adding carbon nanotubes and a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into deionized water, conducting ultrasonic vibration, and then adding ethanol and ammonia water and further conducting ultrasonic vibration to obtain an alkaline dispersion solution of the carbon nanotubes; dropwise adding an ethanol solution of tetraethoxysilane into the alkaline dispersion solution of the carbon nanotubes, reacting at 30-60°C, and generating a precipitate; separating and washing the precipitate using deionized water; placing same in a reaction furnace, and sintering same at 550-600°C under an inert atmosphere; mixing the product with zinc powder, placing the mixture into the reaction furnace, and sintering same at 650-700°C under the inert atmosphere to obtain a sintered product; putting the sintered product in an acid solution, stirring same at 30-60°C to conduct reaction, then separating and drying the solid phase product; uniformly mixing the solid phase product with a carbon source and a dispersion solvent, placing the mixture in the reaction furnace after being concentrated and dried, and sintering same at 600-800°C in an inert atmosphere to obtain a CNTs/Si/C compound material.
