The invention provides a method for determining the proportion of bound chloride ions adsorbed by C-S-H gel in cement paste in total bound chloride ions, which belongs to the technical field of building material determination. On the basis of the great difference between the content of Friedel's salt and the content of C-S-H gel in cement paste, the method adopts a carbonization method to decompose the Friedel's salt and the C-S-H gel, obtaining the reduced amount of the bound chloride ions and the corresponding reduced amount of the C-S-H gel after the absence of the Friedel's salt, so that the content of chloride ions adsorbed by unit C-S-H gel is obtained, and thereby the proportion of the amount of the bound chloride ions adsorbed by the C-S-H gel in the hardened cement paste in the content of total bound chloride ions after the balance of chloride ion binding is obtained. The design of the method is ingenious, the method is simple, and a foundation is laid for further research into the chloride ion binding mechanism and the influence thereof on the durability of a cement-based gel system and a concrete structure.

A low temperature nitrogen adsorption experiment is performed on the rock sample to be measured by filling an adsorbed gas into an adsorption experiment chamber, and initial fractal dimensions prior to hydration are obtained according to the initial gas data of the rock sampleto be measured collected by an analyzer; the rock sample to be measured is subjected to soaking processing by employing a soaking chamber, the rock sample to be measured after soaking processing is subjected to the low temperature nitrogen adsorption experiment, and the fractal dimensions of a pore structure after hydration can be obtained according to the adsorption gas data collected by the analyzer; and finally, the initial fractal dimensions prior to hydration and the fractal dimensions after hydration are employed to construct a hydration index. Therefore, the adsorption gas data of the rock sample to be measured prior to and after the hydration are employed to obtain corresponding fractal dimensions, and the fractal dimensions prior to and after hydration are employed to construct the hydration index of the rock sample to be measured so as to reasonably, effectively and quantitatively characterize the degree of hydration of rocks and provide reference materials for subsequent rock reservoir analysis.

After extensive experimental research and theoreticaldeduction, it is found, based on the titration of a silver nitrate solution, that it is more accurate to determine the content of combined chloride ions by using the supernate obtained by sufficiently contacting the pre-carbonized hardened cement slurry powder with the chloride ion solution to reach adsorption equilibrium and further performing high-speed centrifugation. Since the content of freechloride ions can be accurately determined in the chemical titration, while the specific total content of chloride ions cannot be accurately determined, the content of the combined chloride ions in the cement slurry under different carbonization degrees can be accurately obtained by measuring the concentration of the free chloride ions in the solution after a certain concentration of sodium chloride solution and the cement slurry powder with different carbonization degrees fully contact the to achieve adsorption equilibrium through the silver nitrate titration, obtaining the difference between the precise concentration of the free chloride ions in the initial sodium chloride solution and the final concentration of the chloride ions, and converting the difference to the content of the combined chloride ions.

The invention belongs to the technical field of detection of building materials and discloses an evaluation method of chloride ion combination stability of a cement-based material. The evaluation method comprises the following steps: crushing cement-based material samples to be detected, drying the samples, then adding the samples in a NaCl-NaOH simulated pore solution with a Cl concentration of 0.7mol/L and a pH value of 13.3 and soaking until the adsorption of the chloride ions is balanced, filtering, then taking the samples out and drying the samples; then respectively adding the samplesinto NaOH-HNO3 desorption solutions with pH values of 13.3, 9.0, 8.0, 4.0 and 1.0, and soaking until the concentration of the Cl is balanced, filtering, and respectively measuring the content of the Cl in filtrates by using a potentiometric titrimeter, and evaluating the combination stability of various hydration products in the cement-based material to the Cl through the concentrationsof the Cl in the desorption solutions with different pH values. The evaluation method is similar to the actual service environment and is high in test accuracy.
