Design, synthesis, and anticancer evaluation of novel quinoline derivatives of ursolic acid with hydrazide, oxadiazole, and thiadiazole moieties as potent MEK inhibitors
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of quinoline derivatives of ursolic acid (UA) bearing hydrazide, oxadiazole, or thiadiazol moieties were designed, synthesised, and screened for their in vitro anti-cancer properties.

Design, Synthesis, and Antifungal Activity of Novel Thiophene/Furan-1,3,4-Oxadiazole Carboxamides as Potent Succinate Dehydrogenase Inhibitors.
TL;DR: In this paper, 30 thiophene/furan-1,3,4-oxadiazole carboxamide derivatives were designed and synthesized to develop novel Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitors.

A novel dehydroabietic acid-based fluorescent probe for detection of Fe3+ and Hg2+ ions and its application in live-cell imaging
TL;DR: In this article, a novel dehydroabietic acid-based fluorescent probe (DBH) containing 2,4-diarylbenzimidazole moiety was designed and synthesized, and the compound was characterized by its UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS spectra.

Synthesis, anticancer evaluation and mechanism studies of novel indolequinone derivatives of ursolic acid.
TL;DR: A series of indolequinone derivatives of ursolic acid bearing ester, hydrazide, or amide moieties were designed, synthesized, and screened for their in vitro antiproliferative activities against three cancer cell lines (MCF-7, HeLa, and HepG2) and a normal gastric mucosal cell line (Ges-1) as mentioned in this paper.
