The invention belongs to the technical field of exhaust gas treatment, and provides a technology for treating VOC by utilizing continuous adsorption and desorption in a water phase. The technology comprises the following steps: S1, the VOC gas flows in from the bottom, and organic matters in the gas are enriched at the bottom of a resin layer; S2, a working solution is sprayed downwards from the upper part, and is enriched at the upper part of the resin layer; S3, the enriched organic matters are desorbed from the resin layer by the downwards sprayed working solution, and the organic matters are accumulated in the working solution; and S4, a targeted fixed bed adsorption device is adopted to adsorb and desorb the working solution with the accumulated organic matters in order to obtain an overflowing liquid and a desorbed liquid, the overflowing liquid is the working solution and returns to step S2 for cycle use, and the desorbed liquid is an organic matter concentrate in the VOC. The technology solves the problems of complex process, high running cost and incomplete removal of low-concentration VOC exhaust gas treatment in the prior art.

The invention discloses a device and a technique for sucking-adsorbing-desorbing recycling of volatile organic gas. The volatile organic gas is sucked by a spray tower sucking agent, sucked liquid containing a low-concentration organic matter is adsorbed and refined by an adsorbing agent, the organic matter is adsorbed on the adsorbing agent, the sucked liquid is reduced into the sucking agent, the sucking agent returns into a sucking tower and is used for sucking-adsorbing again, whole circulation is constantly implemented until the adsorbing agent is saturated and ineffective, a new adsorbing agent is replaced to continue to be used for sucking-adsorbing, the saturated adsorbing agent is desorbed and regenerated, the desorbed organic matter is recycled, and a regenerated adsorbing agentwaits for reuse. By the aid of the device and the technique, the volatile organic gas is treated, investment cost and running cost are low, volatile organic matters can be recycled, treatment effectsare good, the device is suitable for treatment of most of organic exhaust gas such as organic exhaust gas with high water content and exhaust gas containing halogenated hydrocarbon, and good effects can be achieved.

Device and technique for sucking-adsorbing-desorbing recycling of volatile organic gas

Nitrogen oxides (NOx ≡ NO + NO2) play a central role in air pollution. Super-emitters present unique opportunities for emission mitigation in China and beyond. They comprise intensive industrial facilities (e.g., power or chemical plants), less than 1 × 1 km2 with high NOx plumes, dominating localized concentrations within a limited geographical scope. However, identification of super-emitters typically challenges emission mitigation due to insufficient spatiotemporal resolution. Here we map NOx emissions using an efficient, super-resolution (1 × 1 km2) inverse model based on whole-year TROPOMI satellite observations. Our map offers unique insights on nationwide NOx super-emitters. We resolve 1625 super-emitters in virtually every corner in China, even in remote and mountainous zones, which we trace back to either an industrial hotspot or a cluster (i.e., an industrial park). The state-of-the-art bottom-up emission inventory MEICv1.3 largely (67%) agrees with our results within a factor of two for cities. However, that inventory does not identify super-emitters, particularly underestimating one-third of the emissions by at least an order of magnitude. Many individual industrial hotspots are often found to be displaced or missing. Moreover, traditional top-down inverse methods do not effectively detect such super-emitters. Here we show it is necessary to address the NOx budget by revisiting super-emitters on a large scale. Integrating the results we obtain here with a multi-tiered observation system can lead to identification and mitigation of anomalous NOx emissions.
