TL;DR: In this paper, an iso-longitolanone based hexahydroquinazoline-2-amine Schiff base Zn fluorescent probe is presented, which can only react with Zn to form a complex, and the complex emits green fluorescence under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet light and can be taken as the fluorescent probe for Zn concentration detection.
