TL;DR: In this paper, a construction method for a fraxinus velutina SSR marked molecular genetic linkage map is presented, which includes the following steps: 1) extracting genomic DNAs of a to-be-tested parent and filial generation; 2) screening SSR primers with a parental material; 3) respectively, using the SRS primers, and respectively with the genomicDNAs of the parent and the filial generations as templates, carrying out PCR amplification; and 4) analyzing results of PCR amplification by using biological software.
