The method comprises the following steps: starting from 2-fluoropyridine as a raw material, and synthesizing the [1,5-a]-pyridoimidazol-1-nitrile through five steps of ring closure, hydrolysis, acid halogenation, amidation and dehydration. The method provided by the invention provides an efficient synthetic method for synthesis of the compound.

The method is divided into three steps: the first step, a compound 1 and benzylamine are reacted to obtain a compound 2 in the solvent toluene under the action of potassium carbonate; the second step, the compound 2 and allyl magnesium bromide are reacted to obtain a compound 3 in toluene; and the third step, the compound 3 and iodine are reacted to obtaina final compound 4 in the solvent acetonitrile under the action of sodium bicarbonate. The synthesis method comprises four steps that 1, firstly, a compound of 4-bromine-1-butene and magnesium chips are subjected to backflow reaction in a solvent of anhydrous tetrahydrofuran to prepare a corresponding Grignard reagent compound 2; 2, the compound 2 and N-tertbutyloxycarbonyl-4-piperidone react at room temperature to prepare a compound 3; 3, the compound 3 and metachloroperbenzoic acid react in a solvent of methylene dichloride to prepare a compound 4; 4, the compound 4 is oxidized in a methylene dichloride solution to obtain a final compound 5.
