TL;DR: In this article, a voice processing device consisting of an acquisition module for acquiring a voice message in external environment when voices are input into a mobile terminal, and using the voice messages in the external environment as a first voice message; a character recognition module used for performing character recognition treatment on the first voice messages so as to convert the first message into corresponding verbal content; and a transmission module used to acquire a second voice message according to the verbal content, and transmitting the second voice messages to a voice receiving device to enable the voice receiving devices to output the second message.
