The current fire fighting robot accomplishes mostly assignments independently, which cannot meet the demand that managers in remote terminal mastery the real-time information of fire scene. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs and implements the mobile robot remote fire alarm system, which is composed of two parts: mobile robot and remote terminal. Modules of the two parts which consist of control module, communication module, flame detection module, remote terminal display module are designed in this paper based on the analysis of system structure and experimental platform. STC89C52 is taken as processor of mobile robot and remote terminal, while photoelectric sensors, infrared sensors and other sensors are combined as the detecting system. The software system designs and implements the algorithm of fire detection, robot's line-tracking, wireless communication and other algorithms, which improves system flexibility and adaptability. The experimental result shows that mobile robot with the ability of accurate fire detection and line-tracking can send the remote terminal real-time information of fire, which can be analysed and processed by the remote terminal to alarm. So it has widespread application value.

Design and Implementation of Mobile Robot Remote Fire Alarm System

A heat preservation system for mechanical shutter in Antarctic is introduced in the paper. The system consists of the heat preservation chamber, the host controller STM32F103C8T6 with peripheral circuit and the control algorithm. The whole design is carried out on the basis of the low temperature requirement, including the cavity structure and thermal insulation. The heat preservation chamber is used to keep the shutter warm and support the weight of the camera. Using PT100 as the temperature sensor, the signal processing circuit converts the temperature to the voltage which is then digitized by the 12 bit ADC in the STM32. The host controller transforms the voltage data into temperature, and through the tuning of the Fussy PID algorithm which controls the duty cycle of the MOSFET, the temperature control of chamber is realized. The System has been tested in the cryogenic environment for a long time, with characteristic of low temperature resistance, small volume, high accuracy of temperature control as well as remote control and detection.

A platinum resistance bridge thermometer is introduced. It implements linear temperature measurement in -200~850 degrees with a bridge circuit. It consists of bridge circuit, multi-channel switches, amplifier, AD574, display, COM port, precision power supply, 89C51 etc. After the analysis of bridge circuit characteristic, a method is presented that the platinum resistance value is obtained by computing the current ratio of tow bridge circuit loop and then looking into the Pt100 reference table to obtain the measured temperature. So the linear temperature measurement is implemented without nonlinear compensation. The measurement error is less than 1.5 degrees.

Industrial production at certain temperature conditions will proceed in accordance with the predetermined direction,so temperature control is to ensure normal production process.The author introduces a high-precision temperature measurement and control system based on Pt100 platinum Resistance.Pt100 platinum resistance is used as temperature sensor in the system,median value average filtering is used to eliminate the sampling value of the deviation,successive approximation method to eliminate the non-linear of temperature control system,and PID algorithm to control executing agency through the implementation of PWM.Thus,in-200 ~ 601 ℃,0.1 measurement resolution and ± 0.5 ℃ control precision are ensured.
