Kit and method for prenatal non-invasive paternity testing
Wang Long,Luo Xipeng,Li Jinliang,Zhang Qing,Li Pei,Wang Yu +5 more
- 18 May 2018
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a paternity test for prenatal non-invasive paternity testing by using maximal 86 SNP loci, which can realize high-sensitivity, high-throughput and low-cost detection, and can obtain sequences with an average depth of 20, 000 by using only 5 M of data.
