Spectral and Thermal Spectral Stability Study for Fluorene-Based Conjugated Polymers
TL;DR: In this paper, the spectral and thermally spectral stability of seven fluorene-based blue-light-emitting polymers in film states was investigated, and a glass transition temperature dependence for excimer emission in the polymers was demonstrated.

Design and Synthesis of Bipyridyl-Containing Conjugated Polymers: Effects of Polymer Rigidity on Metal Ion Sensing
TL;DR: In this article, three conjugated polymers comprised of 9,9-dioctylfluorene and 2,2-bipyridine, which are alternatively linked by the C−C single bond (P1), vinylene and ethynylene bonds (P3), have been synthesized via the Suzuki reaction, the Wittig−Horner reaction, and the Heck reaction, respectively.

Synthesis, Characterization, and Structure−Property Relationship of Novel Fluorene−Thiophene-Based Conjugated Copolymers
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of soluble alternating conjugated copolymers comprised of 9,9-dihexylfluorene and substituted bithiophene or thiophene moieties were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction.

New efficient blue light emitting polymer for light emitting diodes
TL;DR: In this article, the Suzuki coupling reaction was used to synthesize a blue light emitting polymer, poly{(9,9-dihexyl-2,7-fluorene-alt-co-[2,5-bis(decyloxy)-1,4-phenylene]} (PDHFDDOP), which exhibits photoluminescence (PL quantum efficiency of 40% in neat films).
