The invention discloses a tunnel surrounding rock deformation high-precision real-time monitoring and measuring device and method. The device comprises a flexible bushing, a steel wire A, a slidable steel sheet, a dial indicator, a spiral steel tube, a first screw fixing device and a data acquisition box equipped with a threaded external interface. The steel wire A is arranged in the flexible bushing. One end of the steel wire A and one end of the flexible bushing are fixed on the fixed device. The other end of the flexible bushing penetrates into the spiral steel tube which is fixed on the surrounding rock. The automatic detection device comprises support legs; and a workbench is fixedly connected to the tops of the support legs, wherein the four support legs are distributed symmetrically by using the axis of the workbench as the center. A fixing plate is fixedly connected to the surfaces of the support legs; a first motor is fixedly installed on the surface of the fixing plate; one end of the first motor is fixedly connected with afirst speed reducer; an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with a speed reduction input terminal of the speed reducer; and a speed reduction output terminal of the first speed reducer is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft. According to the automatic detection device, the output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the speed reduction input terminal of the speed reducer and the speed reduction output terminal of the first speed reducer is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft. When the device is in use, the first motor drives a functional disc to intermittently move and drives the motor stator to intermittently move for detection, so that the motor stator can be driven automatically to carry out feeding detection.

The construction method comprises the steps of pouring a concrete bottom plate, a steel bottom plate, a steel arch centring and a concrete arch on the concrete pedestal, and installing a water sac in a concave cavity of the concrete arch; then attaching a pressure strain gauge and a dial indicator to the steel arch centring, leading the wire of the pressure strain gauge to a strain instrument, and real-timely monitoring the stress and the deformation of the arch centring under the bias state. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the installation is convenient, the performances are reliable, and the measurement ofthe stress and the deformation of the steel arch centring under the bias loads is realized.
