Kui-Zheng Cai,Liu Yizhong,Wang Bobo,Xu Chunlan,Wang Kangying,Liu Wei,Li Xuan,Xu Qiang,Yi Linxin,Wang Hui,Qin Gege,Wang Dongmei +11 more
- 30 Jul 2014
TL;DR: In this article, a nematode-eating fungus separating, purifying and storing culture medium is prepared in the following steps: weighing 3.0g fresh bran, adding 1000ml distilled water, boiling with a low fire for one hour, then replenishing water to 1000ml, so that concentration of a bran liquid is 3g/L, then filtering with a six-layer gauze, placing filtrate into a refrigerate at the temperature of 4 DEG C for precipitation, respectively preparing bran agar culture mediums with bran contents of 0.
