The resource assignments (506) are transmitted (710) in a second message to the user equipment (152), which then communicates with the first node (110) using the first resource assignment and to communication with the second node (114) using the second resource assignment.

Dynamic spectrum sharing between coverage types

The invention provides an interference coordination method, a base station and a high-altitude platform station. The high-altitude platform station receives information including the position of the base station and the semi-diameter of the central area of the coverage area of the base station, and calculates the interference starting time and the interference ending time according to the receivedinformation and flight parameters of the high-altitude platform station; the high-altitude platform station sends interference coordination information to the base station; the interference coordination information includes the interference starting time, the interference ending time and the frequency band of carrier, which is used by both the edge area of the coverage area of the high-altitude platform station and the central area of the coverage area of the base station; and, due to the interference coordination information, the coverage range of the carrier in the central area of the coverage area of the base station is adjusted, so that the base station is not interfered by the carrier of the high-altitude platform station.
