The invention discloses a method for rapidly removing ammonia nitrogen by using an extreme environment microalgae non-sterile fermentation method, and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1, culturing microalgae in an extreme environment to a logarithmic phase to obtain a seed solution; S2, adding an organic carbon source into unsterilized ultrahigh ammonia-nitrogen industrial wastewater, and adjusting the pH value to 1-4 to obtain an ultrahigh ammonia-nitrogen wastewater culture medium, wherein the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the culture medium is higher than2800 mg/L; and S3, inoculating the seed solution subjected to adaptive culture into a light fermentation tank filled with the ultrahigh ammonia-nitrogen wastewater culture medium, carrying out intermittent fed-batch fermentation, and when the ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the light fermentation tank is lower than 20 mg/L, updating the wastewater culture medium to enable the ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the fermentation tank to be higher than 4700 mg/L. According to the invention, the method is high in ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency, short in treatment period and environmentally friendly, high-value phycobiliprotein can be recycled, and comprehensive development and utilization of resources are achieved.

Disclosed is a culturing method for microalgae which involves the step of heterotrophic culturing of microalgae cultivars and the step of light autotrophic culturing. In the step of light autotrophic culturing, it utilizes algae cells arrived from heterotrophic culturing as seeds. The method can not only provide a plenty of algae seeds, but also can accelerate light autotrophic culturing of microalgae and the forming rate of target product.
