Characterization of Salmonella spp. isolated from chickens in Central China.
Xin Wang,Wang Honglin,Tingting Li,Feifei Liu,Yiluo Cheng,Xiaodong Guo,Wen Guoyuan,Qingping Luo,Huabin Shao,Zishu Pan,Zhang Tengfei +10 more
TL;DR: Drug resistance assays showed serious multiple antimicrobial resistances, and S. Enteritidis was the most severe multidrug-resistant serotype, which showed higher resistance rates to colistin, meropenem and ciprofloxacin.
Genome Sequence of a Fowl Adenovirus Serotype 4 Strain Lethal to Chickens, Isolated from China
Lintao Li,Luo Ling,Qingping Luo,Zhang Tengfei,Kang Zhao,Wang Honglin,Zhang Rongrong,Lu Qin,Zishu Pan,Huabin Shao,Wanpo Zhang,Wen Guoyuan +11 more
TL;DR: The complete genome sequence of virulent fowl adenovirus serotype 4 strain HB1510, isolated from a diseased chicken with hydropericardium-hepatitis syndrome in Hubei, China, in 2015, is reported.

Quinolone resistance phenotype and genetic characterization of Salmonella enterica serovar Pullorum isolates in China, during 2011 to 2016
Xiaodong Guo,Wang Honglin,Yiluo Cheng,Zhang Wenting,Qingping Luo,Wen Guoyuan,Guijun Wang,Shao Huabin,Zhang Tengfei +8 more
TL;DR: A high resistance rate to the first generation of quinolines nalidixic acid and relatively low resistance rates to fluoroquinolones in S. Pullorum isolates are reported, which might be an important reason of the low fluoroquolones resistance rates of S. pullorum strains.
Correlation between gyrA and CmeR Box Polymorphism and Fluoroquinolone Resistance in Campylobacter jejuni Isolates in China.
Zhang Tengfei,Yiluo Cheng,Qingping Luo,Lu Qin,Jun Dong,Zhang Rongrong,Wen Guoyuan,Wang Honglin,Luo Ling,Wang Hongcai,Guoping Liu,Shao Huabin +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a sequence analysis of 79 ciprofloxacin-resistant Campylobacter jejuni isolates collected in China showed resistance-related sequence variations in gyrA and CmeR-Box.

Quadruple fluorescent PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection kit for common chicken food-borne bacteria and application method thereof
Zhang Tengfei,Wang Honglin,Luo Ling,Zhang Rongrong,Luo Qingping,Wen Guoyuan,Shao Huabin +6 more
- 11 Dec 2013
TL;DR: A quadruple fluorescent PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection kit for common chicken food-borne bacteria and an application method thereof is described in this article. But the detection method is limited to four kinds of chicken-carried pathogenic bacteria.
