The invention discloses a disperse blue-to-black dye composition. The disperse blue-to-black dye composition is obtained by blending of original dye and an auxiliary agent. The disperse blue-to-black dye composition is characterized in that the original dye comprises an ingredient A and an ingredient B and/or an ingredient C, the ingredient A is selected from one or more of dye compounds shown in the formula (I), the ingredient B is selected from one or more of dye compounds shown in the formula (II), the ingredient C is selected from one or more of dye compounds shown in the formula (III), the original dye comprises 30-95wt% of the ingredient A, 0-50wt% of the ingredient B and 0-30wt% of the ingredient C, and the ingredient B and ingredient C contents are not equal to 0 simultaneously. The disperse blue-to-black dye composition has a high color yield, good level-dyeing properties and good lifting force, can be used for dying in a system with a pH value of 4.0-14.0 and widely widens a disperse dye application scope.

The product can transform light energy into chemical energy under light to excite surrounding water molecules and oxygen molecules to undergo ionization. The product effectively degrades harmful substances in the air, such as formaldehyde, through photoemission.

A mono-sized droplet spray drying tower comprises an air supply system, a heating system, a feeding system, an atomizing system, a drying chamber and a catch plate. The air supply system is connected to the drying chamber through the heating system. The equipment provided by the invention can be used to prepare mono-sized particles and is suitable for research and development in laboratories and factories.
