TL;DR: Compared with insulin and GLP1-RA, tirzepatide display favorable efficacy and acceptable safety for T2DM patients, and more well-designed RCTs are needed to evaluate its clinical performance with higher doses of GLP 1-RA and determine its potential cardiovascular benefits.

Anlotinib and fruquintinib co-administrated with warfarin increases the risk of bleeding: studied from pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic perspectives.
TL;DR: In this article , anlotinib and fruquintinib co-administration with warfarin was found to exert more significant increase on prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), while Inferior vena cava (IVC) stenosis-induced DVT model was built to further investigate the antithrombotic effect after coadministration.
