Analysis of cyclic combustion of solid fuels
TL;DR: In this paper, a mathematical model of coal combustion has been described whose original concept is based on the allowance for cyclic changes of concentrations of oxygen around the char particle, enabling the prognosis for change of the surface and the centre temperatures and a mass loss of the char particles during the cyclic combustion.

Transport Velocity of Coarse Particles in Multi-Solid Fluidized Bed
Kyu Kyu Win,Wojciech Nowak,Hitoki Matsuda,Masanobu Hasatani,Zbigniew Bis,Jaroslaw Krzywanski,W. Gajewski +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the transport velocity of a coarse particle in a multi-solid fluidized bed (MSFB) consisting of particles different in size and density using an acoustic technique.

Evaluation of structure and particle velocity distribution in circulating fluidised beds
TL;DR: In this article, a linear combination of double Maxwellian distributions has been assumed to describe a component of the distribution of particle velocity, which allows us to calculate statistical moments in a different way, e.g.
