TL;DR: Cases of ectopic gastric antral pancreas are reported in two young males aging 20 and 16 years who happened to be cousins and there could be a common type of abnormal genetic signaling pathway leading to trans-commitment of non-pancreatic tissue progenitors to pancreatic lineage in both patients leading to a commontype of ectopy pancreatic pathology.
