Binned Data Provide Better Imputation of Missing Time Series Data from Wearables

TL;DR: In this paper , the use of data binning around the missing time interval provides a better imputation than the using a whole dataset, and the smallest bin sizes of 15 min and 1 h were observed to provide the lowest root mean square error (RMSE) values for the majority of the time frames during the imputation.
