Comparative Study of Fuel-Cell Vehicle Hybridization with Battery or Supercapacitor Storage Device
TL;DR: Experimental results in a laboratory authenticate that energy-storage devices can assist the FC to meet the vehicle power demand and help achieve better performance, as well as to substantiate the excellent control schemes during motor-drive cycles.

Parallelling three-phase AC to DC converter using CUK rectifier modules based on power balance control technique
Viboon Chunkag,Uthen Kamnarn +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a paralleling three-phase ac-to-dc converter using CUK rectifier modules for DC Distributed Power System (DPS) applications is presented, where the proposed control technique is used to obtain the three-inductor current compensators and to improve the dynamic response of the rectifier without affecting its steady-state performance and also to minimize total harmonic distortion in the source current.

Nonlinear single-loop control of the parallel converters for a fuel cell power source used in DC grid applications
Warit Thammasiriroj,Viboon Chunkag,Matheepot Phattanasak,Serge Pierfederici,Bernard Davat,Phatiphat Thounthong +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an alternative nonlinear single-loop feedback control scheme is proposed for a multiphase interleaved converter in the distribution of power supply in fuel cell (FC) generators.

Performance Comparison of Ferrite and Nanocrystalline Cores for Medium-Frequency Transformer of Dual Active Bridge DC-DC Converter
TL;DR: In this article, the performance of a 1.1-kW (42-54 V)/400 V dual active bridge DC-DC converter with single-phase shift and extended phase shift modulations was investigated.

Class-D Zero-Current-Switching Rectifier as Power-Factor Corrector for Lighting Applications
TL;DR: In this article, a zero-current-switching (ZCS) Class-D current-source driven rectifier for the lighting applications is presented, which is one of the resonant rectifiers as a power-factor corrector to improve a poor power factor and high line current harmonic of a single-stage converter.
