The immune contexture of primary central nervous system diffuse large B cell lymphoma associates with patient survival and specific cell signaling.
Melissa Alame,Emmanuel Cornillot,Emmanuel Cornillot,Emmanuel Cornillot,Valère Cacheux,Valérie Rigau,Valérie Costes-Martineau,Vanessa Lacheretz-Szablewski,Jacques Colinge,Jacques Colinge,Jacques Colinge +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the immune subtypes of PCNSL and their association with molecular signaling and survival and found that the immune-rich subtype was associated with better survival and characterized by hyperactivation of STAT3 signaling and inflammatory signaling, eg, IFNγ and TNF-α.

Diagnostic value of STMN1, LMO2, HGAL, AID expression and 1p36 chromosomal abnormalities in primary cutaneous B cell lymphomas.
Evelyne Verdanet,Olivier Dereure,Céline René,Ariane Tempier,Assia Benammar-Hafidi,Mathieu Gallo,Eric Frouin,Luc Durand,Isabelle Gazagne,Valérie Costes-Martineau,Valère Cacheux,Vanessa Szablewski +11 more
TL;DR: Distinction between primary cutaneous follicular lymphoma andPrimary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma (PCMZL) is challenging, as clear‐cut immunophenotypical and cytogenetic criteria to segregate both entities are lacking.

Systemic, primary cutaneous, and breast implant-associated ALK-negative anaplastic large-cell lymphomas present similar biologic features despite distinct clinical behavior
Anna Gerbe,Melissa Alame,Olivier Dereure,Samia Gonzalez,Luc Durand,Ariane Tempier,Laura De Oliveira,Alicia Tourneret,Valérie Costes-Martineau,Valère Cacheux,Vanessa Szablewski +10 more
TL;DR: Despite distinct clinical presentation and outcome, systemic, primary cutaneous, and breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphomas (S-, PC-, BI-ALCL) ALK-negative (ALK−) show similar histopathological features including the presence of the “hallmark” cells with horseshoe-shaped nuclei and CD30 protein expression.

The molecular landscape and microenvironment of salivary duct carcinoma reveal new therapeutic opportunities
Melissa Alame,Emmanuel Cornillot,Emmanuel Cornillot,Emmanuel Cornillot,Valère Cacheux,Guillaume Tosato,Guillaume Tosato,Guillaume Tosato,Marion Four,Laura De Oliveira,Stéphanie Gofflot,Philippe O Delvenne,Evgenia Turtoi,Evgenia Turtoi,Evgenia Turtoi,Simon Cabello-Aguilar,Simon Cabello-Aguilar,Simon Cabello-Aguilar,Masahiko Nishiyama,Andrei Turtoi,Andrei Turtoi,Andrei Turtoi,Valérie Costes-Martineau,Jacques Colinge,Jacques Colinge,Jacques Colinge +25 more
TL;DR: In this paper, transcriptomics and proteomics were combined to obtain the first characterization of the pathways deregulated in Salivary Duct Carcinoma (SDC), and two well-defined groups of tumors were observed, novel SDC immune checkpoints were discovered, and the key role played by macrophages and potentially NK cells in immunosuppression was shown.

A Retrospective Comparison of DLI and gDLI for Post-Transplant Treatment.
Sylvain Lamure,Sylvain Lamure,Franciane Paul,Anne-Laure Gagez,Jérémy Delage,Laure Vincent,Nathalie Fegueux,Anne Sirvent,Eve Gehlkopf,Jean Luc Veyrune,Lu Zhao Yang,Tarik Kanouni,Valère Cacheux,Jérôme Moreaux,Jérôme Moreaux,Beatrice Bonafoux,Guillaume Cartron,Guillaume Cartron,John De Vos,Patrice Ceballos +19 more
TL;DR: There is no major effectiveness or toxicity of gDLI compared to classical DLI, according to a comparison of the efficacy and safety of donor lymphocyte infusion after allo-SCT.
