TL;DR: La cuantificacion relativa del ARNm, utilizando el metodo 2 Delta Delta Ct, demostro that la expresion of ambas citoquinas fue mayor en alpacas enfermas que en sanas, mientras que en animales enfermos no existio asociacion entre the expresions.
