The mobile terminal may include a display to display one of a plurality of wallpapers including at least one icon; and a controller to display at least two of the plurality of wallpapers and a plurality of preview screens corresponding to the plurality of wallpapers on the display upon reception of an input of moving at least one icon, moving of the at least one icon being displayed on the displayed wallpapers and preview screens. The mobile terminal can display a movement of icon being displayed on the displayed wallpapers and preview screens. Accordingly, a user may intuitively recognize a location of icon and effectively move a location of icon.

Electronic apparatus and control method thereof

Bunching of buses, due to variations in passenger loading, degrades service and operating efficiency. A simulation model is developed of a single-direction bus route, including explicit simulation of traffic signals. Using a hypothetical situation, several strategies are tested for the control of bus headways in real-time. These are: 1) holding points, 2) skippnig stops, 3) selective application of bus priority signalization, 4) reducing dispatch uncertainty. The last two prove most promising. It may be possible to field test selective application of bus priority signalization using existing computerized traffic signal systems. /Author/

Graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized from graphite and also produced from waste materials, such as coconut shell, rice husk, and bagasse. The GO obtained from pure graphite was compared with graphite made from Indonesian biomass (coconut shell, rice husk, and bagasse) that had its silica content removed. The characterization of GO was with X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. The XRD images showed the formation of the GO and graphite from various angles and revealed that the chemical reaction had an important role in the formation of the GO particles. This was confirmed by the FTIR and Raman spectra, where the presence of various oxygen functional groups was identified. The FTIR spectra showed that the GO had some functionals oxygen groups within its structure.

A group of the threads may be identified to be associated with a particular one of the activities with highest priority based on the priority order. A thread may be selected from the identified threads for next scheduled execution in the processors.

A first process running with a first priority may receive a request from a second process running with a second priority to perform a data processing task for the second process. A dependency relationship may be identified between the first process and a third process running with a third priority performing separate data processing task. The dependency relationship may indicate that the data processing task is to be performed via the first process subsequent to completion of the separate data processing task via the third process. The third process may be updated with the second priority to complete the separate data processing task. The first process may perform the data processing task with the second priority for the second process.

Investigations to overcome the brittle response and limiting post – yield energy absorption of concrete led to the development of fiber reinforced concrete using discrete fibers within the concrete mass. Sugarcane Bagasse is a by-product of the sugar industry, the quantity of production in each country is in line with the quantity of sugarcane produced i.e., for each 10 tons of sugarcane crushed in a sugar factory produces nearly 3 tones of wet Bagasse. A concrete mix has been designed to achieve the grade of M25 as required by IS 44 – 2008. To identify the effects on mechanical strength properties due to the addition of this fiber the mechanical strength tests on standard specimens such as compressive strength and flexural strength are conducted. Totally 27 cubes and 27 beams specimens were cast and tested. Based on the experimental results mechanical strength studies, a different aspect ratio of 30, 60 and 90 and three volume fractions such as 0.5%, 1% and 1.5 % are chosen for further studies. Systems and methods are disclosed for logging encoded diagnostic information from a sequence of processing operations, the processing operations generated by an activity in a computing environment. Diagnostic information is tracked by activity, across process boundaries where the processes can be in computationally isolated, or “sandboxed”. Within each process, diagnostic information for an activity is stored in an activity-specific buffer registered with a kernel in the computing environment. For each activity in the computing system, the kernel keeps a list of all processes that have performed, or are performing, a processing task of the activity. The kernel also keeps a reference to the activity-specific log buffers for the activity for each process associated with the activity. If a processing operation for an activity fails, all activity-specific logs from all processes that are associated with the activity can be collected. A report can be generated from the collected logs for the activity.
