Vibrational analysis of size-dependent thermo-piezo-photo-electric semiconductor medium under memory-dependent Moore–Gibson–Thompson photo-thermoelasticity theory
V. Gupta,M. S. Barak,Soumik Das +2 more
TL;DR: This study applies Moore-Gibson-Thompson photo-thermoelasticity theory with memory-dependent derivatives to vibrational analysis of a size-dependent thermo-piezo-photo-electric semiconductor half-space, investigating photothermal excitation and physical quantities under various models and parameters.

Energy analysis at the interface of piezo/thermoelastic half spaces
TL;DR: In this article , the energy ratios of plane waves on an interface of nonlocal thermoelastic halfspace (NTS) and nonlocal orthotropic piezothermastic half space (NOPS) were studied.

Size-dependent effect on the interaction of surface waves in micropolar thermoelastic medium with dual pore connectivity
Soumik Das,Rachaita Dutta,Eduard-Marius Craciun,Abhik Sur,M. S. Barak,V. Gupta +5 more
TL;DR: Size-dependent interaction of surface waves in micropolar thermoelastic medium with dual pore connectivity investigates the propagation of Rayleigh waves in a nonlocal micropolar thermoelastic medium with double voids. The study analyzes the size-dependent effects on wave behavior and derives analytical solutions using the wave-mode method. The influence of nonlocal parameters and various thermoelastic models on wave phenomena is investigated.

Fractional and MDD analysis of piezo-photo-thermo-elastic waves in semiconductor medium
V. Gupta,M. S. Barak +1 more
TL;DR: This study examines the effects of memory-dependent and fractional-order derivatives on a generalized piezo-thermo-elastic semiconductor model, providing analytical expressions and graphical representations of physical field distributions under various parameters and conditions.
