Magnetic properties of Cr-intercalated TiSe2
V.G. Pleschov,N.V. Baranov,Alexander Titov,Katsuya Inoue,M.I. Bartashevich,M.I. Bartashevich,T. Goto +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the magnetic properties of Cr-intercalated Cr x TiSe 2 compounds having a hexagonal crystal structure of a quasi-two-dimensional type and found that the effective magnetic moment of Cr changes nonmonotonously with Cr-content.

Possible reappearance of the charge density wave transition in MxTiSe2 compounds intercalated with 3d metals
N.V. Baranov,V I Maksimov,Joël Mesot,V.G. Pleschov,Andrey Podlesnyak,Vladimir Pomjakushin,N. V. Selezneva +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the electrical resistivity has been measured on Mx TiSe2 compounds intercalated with 3d metals (M = Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni) up to 0.5, while a further increase of the intercalant content leads to the appearance of pronounced anomalies in the temperature dependences of the resistivity in the same temperature range where the charge density wave (CDW) transition takes place.

Ni intercalation of titanium diselenide: effect on the lattice, specific heat and magnetic properties
N.V. Baranov,Katsuya Inoue,V I Maksimov,A. S. Ovchinnikov,V.G. Pleschov,Andrey Podlesnyak,Alexander Titov,N V Toporova +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a set of peculiarities caused by the intercalation, such as a significant decrease of the gap between Se?Ti?Se trilayers and depletion of the low-frequency phonons due to stiffening of the lattice as well as an enhancement of the density of electronic states at low Ni content (x?0.33) have been investigated using x-ray diffraction, magnetic susceptibility and specific heat measurements.

Influence of the Mn intercalation on magnetic properties of TiSe2
TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic properties of Mn-intercalated Mn x TiSe 2 compounds having a hexagonal crystal structure of a quasi-two-dimensional type were investigated using the measurements of the magnetic susceptibility and magnetization.
Charge carriers localization in intercalation compounds based on dichalcogenides of titanium
Alexander Titov,Svetlana G. Titova,Martin Neumann,V.G. Pleschov,Yu. M. Yarmoshenko,L. S. Krasavin,A. V. Dolgoshein,A. V. Kuranov +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that intercalation of Ag and Fe into TiTe 2 leads to a rising of a narrow band at the Fermi level, probably due to appearance of the covalent bridges between the host lattice layers.
