TL;DR: Spectra of hydrogenlike iron, Fe26, have been observed from Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor (TFTR) plasmas with a high-resolution crystal spectrometer in very good agreement with theoretical calculations.

Measurements of dielectronic recombination rate coefficients for He-like and H-like metal ions from Tokamak plasmas
TL;DR: In this article, the dielectronic recombination rate coefficients associated with the Δn = 1 radiative core transitions have been determined for Ti XXI, Fe XXV, Ni XXVII, and Ti XXII as a function of the electron temperature from the analysis of x-ray satellite spectra emitted from tokamak plasmas.

Comparison of explicit calculations for n=3-8 dielectronic satellites of the Fe XXV K alpha resonance line with experimental data from the tokamak fusion test reactor.
TL;DR: The synthetic spectra constructed from both theories are in good agreement with the observed data, however, the electron temperature values obtained from the fit of the present explicit calculations are in better agreement with independent measurements.
