A model for the formation of leakage currents in the dielectrics of MOS structures under the effect of heavy charged particles
A. V. Sogoyan,V. A. Polunin +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a model of the formation of the leakage current of the dielectric caused by the effect of heavy charged particles is proposed, based on the solution of the set of kinetic equations and makes it possible to overcome a series of limitations of the known percolation approach.

Features of Energy Release in Microvolumes of VLSI Elements upon the Effect of Neutron Radiation
TL;DR: In this paper, an analytical model is suggested and the numerical modeling of energy release under the effect of neutrons in microvolumes of VLSI active elements allowing for the effect surrounding materials is performed.

Modeling of recombination in SiO2 under the effect of ionizing radiation by the Monte Carlo method
V. A. Polunin,A. V. Sogoyan +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a method to calculate the yield of the primary recombination of electrons and holes in SiO2 is suggested, based on the solution of the Smoluchowski equation and capture model not taking into account the structure of deep levels of the center.

Modeling SiO 2 leakage currents caused by electrical overloads
TL;DR: In this paper, a two-component model for the formation of leakage currents in SiO2 in a strong electric field is proposed, and agreement is found between the theoretical and experimental values of leakage current in a wide range of electric field strength and the size of charge transferred.
