Enumeration of T cells reactive with Mycobacterium tuberculosis organisms and specific for the recombinant mycobacterial 64-kDa protein
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that a high proportion of tuberculosis‐responsive T cells are directed against the 64‐kDa protein and that immunization with this antigen in an appropriate adjuvant system is capable of stimulating high numbers of M. tuberculosis‐reactive T cells.

Effective protection against Listeria monocytogenes and delayed-type hypersensitivity to listerial antigens depend on cooperation between specific L3T4+ and Lyt 2+ T cells.
TL;DR: After systemic cell transfer effective protection against L. monocytogenes and delayed-type hypersensitivity to listerial antigens depend on cooperation between specific L3T4+ and Lyt 2+ T cells.

Specific lysis of Listeria monocytogenes-infected macrophages by class II-restricted L3T4+ T cells.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that L. monocytogenes‐specific L3T4+ T cells could lyse MΦ presenting listerial antigens provided that Ia antigen expression had been induced and cytolytic activity after antigenic restimulation in vitro.
