Interface evolution analysis of graded thermoelectric materials joined by low temperature sintering of nano-silver paste
TL;DR: A series of harsh aging tests were carried out on joints of both p-type and n-type graded thermoelectric (TE) arms, respectively, and the results showed that nano-silver paste printed by low-temperature joining technique was much more suitable for the stable connection of TE materials working in medium temperature range.

TL;DR: In this paper, a preparation method of tin-based silver graphene lead-free composite solder is described, which comprises the steps that a certain amount of graphene and lauryl sodium sulfate are mixed, ultrasonic treatment is performed for 2 h, a certain amounts of silver nitrate is added into a mixed solution, ultrasonic treatment is continuously performed, and finally a self-made silver graphene nanosheets are obtained; and required solder matrix powder is weighed according to different graphene mass fractions and poured into a ball milling tank for ball-milling for 5
