Connection rule of envelope functions at heterointerface
TL;DR: In this article, the boundary conditions of envelope functions for electrons and phonons at a heterointerface are investigated theoretically, and the connection rule is shown to depend strongly on the structure of an interface.

Localization in two-dimensional square lattices: Effects of magnetic field and spin-orbit interaction
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of a magnetic field and spin-orbit interactions on localization effects are studied numerically in square lattices. And the results show that the magnetic field tends to reduce the localization near the band center, while the localization is enhanced in the band tail region.
