Assessment of soil quality and productivity in different phases of soil erosion with the focus on land degradation neutrality in tropical humid region of India
TL;DR: In this article, the impact of erosion on soil physico-chemical and biological properties both in fertilized and unfertilized conditions in four phases of erosion was investigated, viz., slightly eroded (0.5% slope), moderately eroded (2.5%) and very severely eroded (9.5%).

Phosphorus Release from Rock Phosphate as Influenced by Organic Acid Loaded Nanoclay Polymer Composites in an Alfisol
Trisha Roy,Dipak Ranjan Biswas,Samar Chandra Datta,Abhijit Sarkar +3 more
- 01 Mar 2018
TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a strategy to solubilize low-grade rock phosphate (RP) from Purulia and Udaipur through organic acids loaded nanoclay polymer composites and see their effectiveness as source of P. An incubation experiment was conducted under laboratory condition to study the release pattern of P in an Alfisol from Jharkhand amended with various RP treated with organic acid loaded NCPC for 90 days.
