TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explored the theory regarding what constitutes entrepreneurial success using case studies of the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award winners in Australia and New Zealand, and suggested the need to emphasize what theory presents as key elements of successful entrepreneurship, and importantly, incorporate ethics as a key dimension.
