TL;DR: This article explored staff perceptions of barriers and facilitators to behavioral health homes (BHH) implementation and found that despite common barriers, CMHP staff identified several elements related to successful BHH implementation, including the CMHPwide cultural shift to comprehensively address health/wellness that benefitted service users and staff alike.
