The invention provides a treatment method of a high-nickel austenite ductile iron melt. The treatment method comprises the following steps of S1, molten iron smelting; S2, ladle melt treatment: adopting a pour-over method, putting metal particles on one side of the bottommost part of a nodulizing ladle, then putting a rare-earth free nodulizing agent above the metal particles, uniformly coating silicon-barium calcium inoculant or zirconium silicon inoculant on the rare-earth free nodulizing agent, discharging molten iron from a furnace and pouring the molten iron into the nodulizing ladle fornodulizing and ladle inoculation; S3, pouring: transferring the molten iron in the nodulizing ladle into a pouring site for pouring, and adding strontium silicon or silicon-manganese zirconium or silicon-barium calcium metal-stream inoculants above a pouring cup with the molten iron during pouring; and S4, filtration purification: filtering and purifying the molten iron by using a ceramic foam filter. The treatment method has the advantages of greatly improving the internal quality of the high-nickel austenite ductile iron melt, promoting the homogenization and microstructure refinement of components of the high- nickel austenite ductile iron were promoted, and improving the morphology of graphite nodules.

PURPOSE:To quickly execute diffusion of Mg and to make component of molten metal uniform in a ladle by mixing spheroidizing materials of Ni-Mg alloy and Fe-Si-Mg in the same pocket of the ladle and pouring molten spheroidal graphite cast iron on this. CONSTITUTION:In the ordinary placed pouring method or sandwich treatment, the spheroidized material of the Ni-Mg alloy and the Fe-Si-Mg, etc., containing Si are mixed in the same pocket in the ladle. On this, the molten high Ni austenitic spheroidal graphite cast iron is poured to execute the spheroidizing Mg melted in the molten metal with melt of Ni-Mg alloy is sufficiently stirred with reaction of the Fe-Si-Mg alloy. Therefore, the molten metal can be immediately poured into a mold without charge-changing this to the other ladle.
