Laser ablation ICP mass spectrometry for zircon U–Pb geochronology of ultrahigh-temperature gneisses and A-type granites from the Achankovil Suture Zone, southern India
TL;DR: The results from U-Pb analyses by laser ablation ICP mass spectrometry of zircons in ultrahigh-temperature garnet-cordierite gneisses and A-type granite intrusions within the Achankovil Shear/Suture Zone in southern India were reported in this article.

Petrology, phase equilibria modelling and zircon U-Pb geochronology of garnet-bearing charnockites from the Miyun area: Implications for microblock amalgamation of the North China Craton
TL;DR: In this article, the authors report petrology, mineral chemistry, metamorphic P-T estimation and zircon U-Pb geochronology of newly identified garnet-bearing charnockites from the Miyun area.

Petrology and phase equilibrium modeling of sapphirine + quartz assemblage from the Napier Complex, East Antarctica: Diagnostic evidence for Neoarchean ultrahigh-temperature metamorphism
TL;DR: A synthesis of the petrological characters of granulite facies rocks that contain equilibrium sapphirine+quartz assemblage from two localities (Tonagh Island (TI) and Priestley Peak (PP) in the Napier Complex, East Antarctica, provides unequivocal evidence for extreme crustal metamorphism possibly associated with the collisional orogeny during Neoarchean as mentioned in this paper.

Multiple magmatism in an evolving suprasubduction zone mantle wedge: The case of the composite mafic–ultramafic complex of Gaositai, North China Craton
Fan Yang,M. Santosh,M. Santosh,Toshiaki Tsunogae,Toshiaki Tsunogae,Li Tang,Li Tang,Xue-Ming Teng +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated a composite mafic-ultramafic intrusion at Gaositai, in the northern margin of the North China Craton (NCC).
