Weizhouochrones: Gorgonian-Derived Symmetric Dimers and Their Structure Elucidation Using Anisotropic NMR Combined with DP4+ Probability and CASE-3D.
Xiao-Lu Li,Tong Ru,Armando Navarro-Vázquez,Peter Lindemann,Marc Nazaré,Xiu-wen Liu,Yue-Wei Guo,Han Sun +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , weizhouochrones A and B with indenone-derived monomers were isolated from the coral Anthogorgia ochracea collected from the South China Sea and the measurements of residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) and residual chemical shift anisotropy (RCSA) allowed us to successfully determine the planar structure and its relative configuration.

Synthesis and Target Identification of Benzoxepane Derivatives as Potential Anti-Neuroinflammatory Agents for Ischemic Stroke.
Cheng‐Long Gao,Gui‐Ge Hou,Gui‐Ge Hou,Jin Liu,Tong Ru,Yazhou Xu,Shunyi Zhao,Hui Ye,Luyong Zhang,Kaixian Chen,Yue-Wei Guo,Tao Pang,Xu-Wen Li +12 more
TL;DR: 10i exhibited anti-neuroinflammatory effect in vitro and in vivo via inhibiting PKM2-mediated glycolysis and NLRP3 activation, indicating PKM 2 as a novel target for neuroinflammation and its related brain disorders.
