TL;DR: In this paper, the photoelectric performance of the Cs2AgBiBr6 single crystal as a photodetector both macro-and microscopically was investigated, and it was shown that the photogenerated carriers are effectively collected, as in the case of macroscopic electrodes.

TL;DR: In this paper, the diode behavior of ferroelectric materials was shown to be enhanced using aqueous solution treatment of their surface, which can be associated with the polarization direction and the movement and redistribution of oxygen vacancies within the thin films.
