Alisol A 24-Acetate, a Triterpenoid Derived from Alisma orientale, Inhibits Ox-LDL-Induced Phenotypic Transformation and Migration of Rat Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells through Suppressing ERK1/2 Signaling.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that alisol A 24-acetate effectively reverses the phenotypic transformation and inhibits the migration of VSMCs, which may be associated with the suppression of the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.

Nitric Oxide Is Essential to Keep the Postharvest Quality of Fruits and Vegetables
TL;DR: In this article , the role of NO and its donors in regulating the quality of post-harvest fruits and vegetables under storage is reviewed, and future research directions for NO commercial application and the endogenous NO regulatory mechanism are also discussed.
Inhibition of ERK1/2 improves lipid balance in rat macrophages via ABCA1/G1 and CD36
TL;DR: Investigation of the effects of extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2) inhibition on lipid balance in oxidized-low-density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL)-stimulated rat macrophages indicated a novel association between ERK1 /2 signaling and lipid metabolism, thus suggesting that inhibition of ERK2/2 may be considered a promising therapeutic strategy against AS.
A study on the effects of perceived playfulness and emotional support in interactive learning environments for German language acquisition—A role-playing library system case
Yunshuo Yang,Jiacheng Lin,Tong Chen,Shu-Yang Lin,Jiang-Jie Chen,Wei Miao,Wei Wei,Hanchu Sun,Jie Sun,Chao Gu +9 more
TL;DR: This paper examined the emotional support offered by non-player characters (NPCs) in an interactive learning environment, as well as the effects of the perceived playfulness of the interactive system on German language learning.
