Clinical features of dementia with lewy bodies in 35 Chinese patients
TL;DR: Its clinical core features are dementia, fluctuating cognition, recurrent visual hallucinations and spontaneous features of parkinsonism, which may improve the diagnostic accuracy and discriminate DLB from other dementias.
Effects of Ketogenic Diet on Neuroinflammation in Neurodegenerative Diseases
TL;DR: The physiological basis of the ketogenic diet, its functions in regulating neuroinflammation, and its protective role in normal brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Huntington's disease are detailed.

Multi-modality molecular imaging characteristics of dementia with Lewy bodies.
TL;DR: Patients with DLB showed reduced uptake in the bilateral putamen on DaT PET, increased uptake throughout the cerebral cortex on PIB PET, and intact metabolism of the posterior cingulate gyrus on FDG PET, suggesting multi-modality molecular imaging is helpful for early diagnosis of DLB.

C-reactive Protein –717A>G and –286C>T>A Gene Polymorphism and Ischemic Stroke
Yan Liu,Pei-Liang Geng,Fu-Qin Yan,Tong Chen,Wei Wang,Xu-Dong Tang,Jing-Chen Zheng,Wei-Ping Wu,Zhen-Fu Wang +8 more
TL;DR: This meta-analysis demonstrated little evidence to support a role of CRP gene −717A > G, −286C > T > A polymorphisms in ischemic stroke predisposition, and further larger studies are needed to validate the association betweenCRP gene polymorphisms and isChemic stroke in various ethnic groups.

Research Article Identification of Potential miRNA-mRNA Regulatory Network Contributing to Parkinson’s Disease
Xian B. Yin,Miao Wang,Wei Wang,Tong Chen,Geun Cheol Song,Yi Niu,Ziying Jiang,Zhongbao Gao,Zhenfu Wang +8 more
TL;DR: The miRNA-mRNA regulatory network was initially constructed and has the potential to provide novel insights into the pathogenesis and treatment of PD.
