Silvia Kociova,Silvia Kociova,Kristyna Dolezelikova,Kristyna Dolezelikova,Pavel Horky,Sylvie Skalickova,Daria Baholet,Lucie Bozdechova,Lucie Bozdechova,Eva Václavková,Jaroslava Belkova,Pavel Nevrkla,Jiri Skladanka,Tomas Do,Ondrej Zitka,Ondrej Zitka,Yazan Haddad,Yazan Haddad,Pavel Kopel,Pavel Kopel,Ludek Zurek,Ludek Zurek,Vojtech Adam,Vojtech Adam,Kristyna Smerkova,Kristyna Smerkova +25 more
TL;DR: It is indicated that ZnA NPs have a positive effect on the piglet growth performance even at the lowest concentration, and may be an effective alternative to ZnO.

The effect of different fatty acid sources on wound healing in rats assessed by matrix-assisted-laser-desorption-ionization mass-spectroscopy-imaging
Tomas Komprda,Zbysek Sladek,Veronika Svehlova,Zuzana Lackova,Zuzana Lackova,Roman Guráň,Roman Guráň,Tomas Do,Jan Wijacki,Marcela Buchtová,Jana Neuwirthová,Břetislav Gál,Vojtěch Adam,Vojtěch Adam,Ondřej Zítka,Ondřej Zítka +15 more
TL;DR: It was concluded that the tested hypothesis was confirmed only partially: PUFA n-3 showed better results regarding the wound extent, but were inferior in terms of epithelium height and progress of neo-angiogenesis.

Tomas Do,Rea Jarosova,Lada Smidova,Roman Guran,Petra Ondrackova,Martin Faldyna,Zbysek Sladek,Ondrej Zitka +7 more
- 05 Nov 2018
TL;DR: The aim of this study was to develop a MALDI-TOF MSI method for quantitative visualization of spatial distribution of interleukins and other cell markers of lymphocytes, granulocytes and macrophages in porcine tissues of lymph nodes and lungs.

Preparation of cryosections from frozen porcine pulmonary tissue for MALDI mass spectrometry imaging
Rea Jarosova,Vendula Smolikova,Marek Dvorak,Roman Guran,Tomas Do,Petra Ondrackova,Ondrej Zitka,Zbysek Sladek +7 more
- 05 Nov 2018
TL;DR: To analyse infection markers like interleukins in the tissue sections of porcine lungs affected by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, it was necessary to obtain very well prepared cryosections for MALDI MSI.
